Lady May's Honey is 100% Pure, Raw & Unfiltered. Honey is a sweetener as nature intended. One ingredient: Honey. Thats it. The Honey comes from our Apiaries or partnered apiaries in South Mississippi. Our apiaries are ran 100% organically free of pesticides.
Our Vanilla Honey is made in house with honey from our apiary or a partnered apiary, Vanilla Extract aged over 1 year and our Tahitian Vanilla beans all processed in house in small batches. We lightly toast the beans to elevate the flavors before hand scrapping the vanilla pods and infusing in our honey. We let infuse for 30 days before bottling.
Lady May HOT HONEY is a must with our Fried Chicken and Biscuits! 100% Pure Honey from our apiary or partnered local apiaries infused with red peppers for 30 days. We add a bit of apple cider vinegar for a perfect union of HEAT AND SWEET!
