If you like raw good for you honey, that's whipped to be smooth and delicious, then you will love this. Other than straining this is natural. The taste is wonderful. Raw gives you all the benefits that most grocery stores honey don't. The Lady May is a great customer oriented place to buy from. I'm delighted to have found this seller several months ago.
