This was a great disappointment! First: This it is not preserves! It's gross dried jelly , hard consistehincy. Preserves are soft, fresh and would spread easily. You have sent a terrible example of southern preserves! I was so excited I bought 4 jars! Picture doesn't show , a video would capture what this product is. Not preserves that's for sure! Sad
