This is the best tallow! I use it for cooking, as a deep scalp/hair mask, and nighttime moisturizer. In a pinch when I ran out of LadyMay tallow, I bought a grassfed beef tallow from my local healthfood store. UGH. It was horrendous and I couldn't even eat it. Tasted like dirt(?), had an almost plastic-like texture, it barely broke down in our mouths as we chewed it to taste it (like chewing gum), and it was thick and pasty. NO. Sadly, I had to toss it. I immediately placed another order for THIS tallow. As usual it arrived beautifully and securely packaged, and VERY fast. Clean and fresh tasting, light and delicate, and I've learned my lesson about straying from LadyMay tallow haha Thank you!
